Goal of the track
This open track addresses the question of how companies develop technology-based business models in the context of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 and transform themselves into resilient, data- and AI-driven digital enterprises.
The focus is on strategies for redesigning value propositions and value creation, especially under conditions of uncertainty, disruption, volatility, and increasing regulation. A particular emphasis is placed on the design of transformation processes in the course of digital and AI transformation – from roadmaps and scaling to organizational and technological implementation issues.
In addition, the track highlights entrepreneurial resilience management as an integrated management system for ensuring robustness, adaptability, and continuity.
