Digital Twin for Reliable Electricity Transmission Grid Operation

Project HyLITE

 

The HyLITE project is addressing current challenges of the energy transition and the digitalization of supply infrastructures for current system situations and future developments. Key activities involve ensuring the reliability of future electricity supply systems and developing and providing innovative services for electricity grid operation and design. New digital technologies based on a digital twin-centered system are needed for this, as are tools and services derived from them, which are being developed in the HyLITE project.

The objective of the HyLITE project is the implementation of a dynamic digital mirror using a digital twin-centered system and the creation of related components and services. Development of the digital twin-centered system is focused on dynamic applications for electricity supply systems.
